Since entering the electrical industry in 2006, Torren has amassed nearly two decades of diverse experience, contributing to sectors ranging from Plastics & Explosives to Offshore Oil & Gas. His roles, including Projects Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, Electrical Superintendent, and EEHA consultant, showcase a blend of hands-on technical expertise and managerial acumen. Torren, a devoted husband and father of four, embraces the outdoors, often engaging in hunting expeditions with his children. Fitness is integral to his daily life. Torren's educational journey, coupled with rigorous training, has fortified his hands-on experience, and he holds certifications in various areas such as the Classification & Design of Explosive Atmospheres, Leadership, Project Estimating, and High-Risk Work. He not only validates his expertise but also demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and the highest safety standards. Torren's community advocacy is evident in his efforts to champion indigenous representation in the workforce, mentor apprentices, and support initiatives aiding troubled youths, disadvantaged children, and local sporting clubs. In essence, Torren transcends his professional role, embodying a family-centric, community-focused, and growth-oriented persona, where personal milestones seamlessly intertwine with community upliftment.

Steven Fordham, a proud Kamilaroi man and co-founder of Blackroo Community Indigenous Corporation, passionately works to prevent Indigenous individuals from re-entering prison. Through collaborations with local educational and vocational institutions, he actively reduces recidivism by providing essential employment skills and fostering community ties among former inmates. Despite overcoming dyslexia, he self-taught reading after leaving school and co-founded the successful multimillion-dollar firm, Blackrock Industries, in the Hunter Valley. As an Australian of the Year awardee, Fordham is a distinguished trailblazer, inspiring others with his exceptional dedication and service. His tireless efforts and leadership have made a lasting positive impact in the Hunter Valley Region and Regional NSW, embodying values such as dedication, innovation, and community service.

In the dynamic field of Mining and Oil & Gas, Kiel Hunt, a Director at Coreworx group, leverages extensive hands-on and leadership experience to uphold high standards in operations. With a career spanning the electrical industry since 2006, Kiel excels in roles including Offshore Electrician and Instrumentation Technician, showcasing expertise in Rope Access Electrical Works, High Voltage Installation, and Complex Lighting Management. Proficient in Process Control Systems and data networking, Kiel's roles range from Leading Hand at Monadelphous to leadership at KJH in Electrical Solutions. Noteworthy achievements include commissioning the first 125MW GE Gas Turbine Generator in the Chevron Gorgon LNG Project. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Kiel passionately supports the solar industry and mentors indigenous individuals, actively contributing to community initiatives focused on troubled youths, disadvantaged children, and mental health.
