OUR IDENTITY
Our story begins with a fortuitous encounter. Steve Fordham crossed paths with Torren McMillan and Kiel Hunt while collaborating on a project in the Hunter mining sector. During our time together, we shared our aspirations and discussed our plans for expanding our respective businesses in the coming years. It became evident that we shared a common vision—a desire to establish a sustainable and an enduring business model that empowers the future.
Inspired by our discussions, we collectively decided to pave the way for our organization to support the First Nations Industry. Our goal was not merely to be a small contributor but to become the primary contractor, facilitating opportunities through effective project management. Additionally, we aim to empower First Nations Industry by providing them with long-term career paths and focusing on local and social engagement.
Together, we embarked on a journey to create a company that would serve as a beacon of change. Our vision encompassed more than just profit; it emphasized the importance of sustainability, inclusivity, and community development. By becoming the leading contractor in the First Nations Industry, we aim to create meaningful and lasting change for all stakeholders involved.
In line with our vision, we place great emphasis on local and social engagement. Our journey had begun with a chance meeting, but it was fuelled by our shared passion and determination to create a better future.
